Chat with IIX support!

You now don’t have to call IIX.  You now have the ability to chat with IIX support from your desktop.  If we can’t answer your question and need to connect to your computer, we will ask your permission then send you a link so we can see exactly what you are having a problem with.  Don’t worry, our phones still work if you prefer that method!

Chatting with IIX is simple.  Simply navigate to any of our webpages, look to the bottom right hand corner and you will see our chat client.  Try it out, it’s even on this page.  If you catch us after hours, simply leave a message with your contact info and we’ll get right back to you.
